WINTER CARNIVAL HONORS LOYAL VOLUNTEER JUNE LYNNE LACEY

This photo was taken just a few months before she was taken prisoner by social services, made a ward of the state, had her human rights violated and her United States Constitutional Rights stripped from her and was forced to die (against her will and against her families wishes). She went from happy National Ms. Senior Congeniality USA to imprisoned captive to drugged to death within months! This should be illegal!

Volunteer Work

JUNE LYNNE LACEY BEFORE SHE WAS TAKEN PRISONER BY SOCIAL SERVICES.

MEDICAL KIDNAPPING AND DEATH BY HOSPICE.

She was always so beautiful, inside and outside. These photos show what social services and hospice did to her. They refused to honor her health care directive, refused to honor families wishes, which were the same as her wishes.

Disregarded the POA, all her Constitutional rights were stripped from her. They violated all her human rights! That is why the FOUNDATION was created. To stop this abuse of vulnerable adults and children.

Support Us

We are trying to pass a bill entitled “The June Lynne Lacey Bill”. It will guarantee that vulnerable individuals Constitutional Rights are upheld, their Health Care Directives are not compromised and their selected Power of Attorney is not pushed aside, intimidated, threatened and bullied. If a vulnerable individual wants to live, they will not be forced to die.

National Association to Stop Guardianship Abuse

The June Lynne Lacey Foundation will provide support to caregivers, those they care for and their families. It will work to ensure that the Health Care Directive of all vulnerable individuals will not be overthrown and their United States Constitutional rights will be upheld. Thank-you for supporting this honorable cause. It is greatly appreciated and desperately needed.
